Prior to attending export control conferences/programs, particularly small-to-medium businesses and new staff, it would be most helpful to fully understanding speakers if you would research and acquaint yourself with, and have available in writing, as many acronyms as possible to ensure that your experience is as productive as possible for you and your employer. There are many sources of trade-suitable acronym lists. We urge you to thoroughly research for the acronyms of the various government departments prior to participating in our programs. Such thorough research will stand you in good stead in the short, medium and long-term.
